Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:
- Corrupted or damaged files – We’ll resend or provide a replacement immediately
- Wrong product delivered – We’ll correct the error and provide the correct files
- Technical issues preventing download – We’ll work with you to resolve the issue
If you haven’t downloaded the files and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.
Physical Prints (Print-on-Demand)
For physical prints shipped to you:
Returns & Exchanges Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Email us at doingnothingart@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Include a high-quality photo of the damage or manufacturing error (if multiple items are affected, please include them all in one photo).
- Once verified, we will arrange for a free reprint or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once files have been downloaded.
Physical Products:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production hasn’t started
- Once an item is in production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled (but can be returned per the policy above)

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your refund request, please contact us directly at doingnothingart@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute. We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
